Dan loves relaxing on the Colorado river's sandbar.  While standing in the water to stay cool he had no place to put his drink.  Since he couldn't set his drink down he formulated an idea for a portable drink holder that he could stick in the sand.

 

Back home, Dan headed for his garage and came up with the original prototype that solved his problems.  When he took it to the river everyone LOVED the idea.  

 

Dan went back to his garage and "Spike Dat Drink" was born.
